As your trail income grows, it contributes towards your overall revenue performance, helping you accelerate your incentive earnings and long-term income potential.Automatic Quarterly Salary Growth - We strongly believe exceptional performance should be recognised.
Brokers who achieve 4x their salary cost within a quarter become eligible for an automatic 8% increase in their base salary.
