Job DescriptionCGC Recruitment are working with an established and highly respected luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Managers to lead the delivery of premium Class 2 apartment developments in the Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches.
Renowned for delivering architecturally designed, high-end residential projects, this builder has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail.
Their portfolio includes boutique luxury apartment developments and bespoke residences in some of Sydney's most prestigious suburbs.
You will take full ownership of your project from site establishment through to practical completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to an exceptional level of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all day-to-day site operations on luxury Class 2 apartment projects.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.Drive construction programmes to meet key milestones.Maintain the highest standards of quality, workmanship and presentation.Ensure WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture.Liaise with clients,



consultants and project stakeholders.Manage inspections, authority requirements and defect rectification.Mentor and lead site teams while maintaining a collaborative culture.About YouProven experience as a Site Manager delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects.Strong understanding of NCC requirements and Class 2 compliance.Experience delivering high-end or architecturally designed residential developments.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Robust programming and subcontractor management experience.Ability to maintain exceptional quality throughout every stage of construction.Current White Card and relevant site management certifications.What's On OfferWork with one of Sydney's leading luxury residential builders.Premium boutique apartment projects—not high-volume construction.Supportive and professional leadership team.
