Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows6.
Experience in Compensation Route maps/Approval process and step types for Comp, Variable pay and combined templates.7.
Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates, Compensation statement, Rewards and Recognition8.
Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements9.
Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes10.
Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and other systems and integration center.11.
Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development12.
Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.Good-to-Have:2.




Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.3.
Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales4.
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management5.
