National 360 is seeking a Part time Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver evidence-based supports to NDIS participants in Wodonga and surrounding areas.
The role involves community, clinic, and telehealth settings with a focus on improving quality of life.You will develop strong relationships with participants and families, perform FBAs, design robust Behaviour Support Plans and train carers to build capacity and confidence in teams.
