The RoleAs a Portfolio Lead Trainer, you'll partner with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Restaurant Managers across your portfolio to build confident, capable teams.
You'll coach, train, and certify Mixers and Supervisors in person, ensuring every crew member has the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver the FISHBOWL experience.
