elective surgery performance and service outcomesInfluence the future direction of surgical services within a rapidly expanding facility.About YouCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty area is desirable, and/or demonstrated relevant leadership or management experienceProven leadership experience managing large clinical teamsExperience within surgical services, ideally including Orthopaedics or General SurgeryA strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational demands with long-term service planningDemonstrated experience leading change and driving innovationStrong clinical governance, quality improvement and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience managing budgets, workforce planning and service performanceExperience with elective surgery and surgical waitlist management is highly desirable.Why Join Maitland Hospital?
