About the Role

You'll champion product innovation and brand strategy, steering sophisticated digital media activations and collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Senior Leaders to elevate our brand's market presence. This role will focus on Women's health, Beauty, and Emotional wellbeing ranges.

Responsibilities
/n

- Drive the strategic direction of the brand and manage a dedicated portfolio
/n
- Coordinate and drive subordinates in reaching their goals and responsibilities
/n
- Manage NPD pipeline from ideation to launch
/n
- Monitor AɻP spend and activities including media
/n
- Drive brand direction through our internal sales force
/n
- Think outside the box to find new opportunities to grow the brand
/n
- Ensure profit targets are achieved and additional plans to drive profit are executed
/n
- Maintain the brand's competitiveness with external competition via our own marketing mix
/n
- Train / liaise with our sales team
/n
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
/n/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
- 2 years marketing experience within the FMCG Food Industry/Pharmacy OTC or Complementary Medicines space
/n
- A high level of accuracy and a commitment to excellence
/n
- Build rapport easily and collaborate confidently across teams
/n
- Proven experience managing the full New Product Development process, especially project management
/n
- Comfortable managing budgets, forecasting, and making data‐driven decisions
/n
- Proven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies
/n
- Hands‐on involvement in trade shows, events, and everything that comes with them
/n
- Strong understanding of market segments, research and market data
/n
- The ability to work autonomously and have the drive to grow portfolios – always looking for and identifying opportunities
/n
- Experience managing direct‐to‐consumer campaigns, including TV and print
/n
- Solid PC skills with intermediate Microsoft Office capability
/n/n
