- Ongoing FIFO work 8:6 roster

What You'll Be Doing

/n

/n

- Running end-to-end village operations (cleaning, housekeeping, catering)

/n

- Leading daily pre-starts and driving a strong safety culture

/n

- Managing large teams (50+ staff)

/n

- Handling rostering, timesheets & workforce planning

/n





- Overseeing stock control, ordering & cost management

/n

- Maintaining high service standards for clients

/n

- Using systems like INX / People Tray / Pronto

/n

- Supporting team performance, training & development

/n/n

What You'll Bring

/n

/n

- Proven FIFO Village Manager experience (essential)

/n

- Strong leadership skills with large teams

/n

- Background in hospitality (Chef experience highly regarded)

/n

- Solid understanding of remote camp operations

/n

- Confident with reporting systems & admin tasks

/n

- Great communication and problem-solving skills

/n

- Experience in stock control, ordering & compliance

/n/n

Requirements

- WA Driver's Licence

/n

- Approved Managers

/n

- Australian working rights (Passport / Citizenship)

/n

- National Police Clearance (within 4 months)

/n
