Estia Health is seeking a Quality Business Partner to monitor care quality across our QLD Sunshine Coast & Brisbane homes. Travel across Hervey Bay to Noosa, etc. Permanent full time role reporting to Head of Quality.

The role focuses on elevating risk, building governance capabilities, and ensuring adherence to policies and Continuous Improvement. Postgrad qualifications in quality or risk are desirable.
