Schnitz is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel – Employment to shape the future of workplace compliance across our growing business. You will work closely with our Legal Counsel and GM – Commercial to own compliance programs, advise across the business, and protect employees and brand integrity. The role covers employment law, industrial relations, and WHS, with opportunities to lead investigations and partner with Franchise Partners on risk mitigation and policy development.
