Your role will see you:
- Take a holistic approach & apply your skills to assist your client’s recovery from injury.
- Conduct a range of assessments including Functional assessments.
- Workplace assessments & return to work plans.
- Case management & reports- liaising with a range of stakeholders.
- Restoring the functional performance of clients to the highest possible level.
- High-level customer service and providing clients with a can-do attitude.
- Account management responsibilities if of interest
- Return to Work coordination, Injury Management and everything in-between!
You will come to the role with the following skills:
- Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy. Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists are welcomed to apply also!
- AHPRA registration, ESSA Membership or ASORC Membership
- High level spoken and written communication skills
- A positive, professional, and friendly manner
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Driver’s license & car
