What you'll be doing

- Deliver high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments to a diverse clientele

- Provide expert consultation to clients, offering professional advice on hair care, styling options, and product recommendations

- Mentor and supervise junior hairdressers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to develop their skills and confidence

- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and salon cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business

- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service

- Assist with stock management and salon organisation as required





- Represent the salon professionally and uphold our brand values in all client interactions

What we're looking for

- Current certification or qualification in hairdressing

- Minimum 3-5 years of professional hairdressing experience, demonstrating advanced technical skills

- Proven experience in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

- Experience mentoring or training junior staff members

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Reliable, professional attitude with strong attention to detail

- Knowledge of health and safety standards in the salon environment

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Current First Aid certification is advantageous
