Northcott is hiring a Casual Support Worker to deliver day programs across Skills 4 Life, Life Skills, Work & Study and Adult Recreation. The role covers Hornsby, North Rocks and North Parramatta sites, supporting customers to build independence and participate in meaningful community activities.
You will facilitate engaging activities, adapt to changing needs, and provide person-centred support including personal care when required.
