Our client is a fast-growing financial services business specialising in capital raising and real estate development investments, with a reputation for delivering strong returns to investors through a transparent, compliant, and value-driven approach.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fund Operations & Investor Services Officer to join on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with robust analytical and Excel skills looking to build or transition into funds management.
Whilst prior fund experience is a nice to have but not essential, transferable skills and a desire to learn are key.
Key Responsibilities
Manage investor onboarding, including application processing, KYC/AML checks, and record maintenanceProcess transactions such as subscriptions, distributions, and redemptionsSupport investor queries via phone and email with explicit,



professional communicationPrepare investor reports, statements, and fund documentationAssist with reconciliations, fund operations, and reporting activitiesMaintain accurate data, track tasks, and support process improvement
About
High attention to detail and robust numerical abilityClear and professional communication skillsWell-organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in a process-driven environment (e.g. banking, accounting, superannuation, property or legal admin)Able to learn quickly and work independently
