Montefiore is seeking a Dementia Consultant to join its multi‐disciplinary Dementia Services Team. You will implement and sustain a dementia strategy to support residents living with dementia, their families and staff, promoting meaningful engagement and quality of life.
We value hands‐on leadership, extensive dementia experience and a commitment to culturally respectful care, with priority given to those with RN or Allied Health background and passion for dementia care.
