About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join a busy and well-established workshop environment based in Rydalmere. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of new and used equipment, supporting installations, modifications, and repairs to a high standard.
You will be responsible for providing automotive electrical expertise across workshop operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The role involves working closely with the workshop team to deliver high-quality outcomes across a variety of builds and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and modification of wiring circuits for new and used equipment
Fault finding and repair of electrical systems
Assist workshop technicians with equipment installations
Installation of ancillary equipment (PTO wiring, pumps, cameras, LED lighting, etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Communicate progress and issues effectively to internal teams and customers
Maintain a solid focus on workplace health and safety at all times
About You
Trade qualified (Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or similar)
Previous experience in a similar workshop or transport‐related environment




Experience with wiring, circuit design, and electrical installations
Solid fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Highly Regarded
Experience working with trucks, transport equipment, cranes or similar
Knowledge of PTO and pump wiring systems
Forklift or truck licence (MR/HR)
