Responsibilities
Use a can‐do, cooperative approach to ensure the presentation of the home is of the highest standard.
Support residents with a variety of maintenance tasks, working inside and outside the home.
Pay attention to detail, coordinate the maintenance program and keep accurate records.
Apply general handy skills to perform a range of maintenance duties.
