The chance
Footgear, a leading retailer of quality footwear and accessories, is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant to join our team in Sunshine Plaza. In this casual role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.
Key responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering enquiries, and suggesting products to meet their needs
Maintain a neat and organised store appearance by restocking shelves, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed
Actively participate in sales and promotional activities to drive store performance
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and product knowledge




Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities
Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential for enthusiastic candidates)
Must be available weekends and a few week days.
