What you will do
Medicines Management:Provide specialist support to ensure safe and effective medication processes.




Medicines Reconciliation:Conduct detailed reviews to ensure accuracy in patient medication records.
Policy Support:Assist in developing and implementing medicines management procedures.
Ward Support:Work closely with clinical pharmacists to deliver pharmacy services across wards.
System Utilisation:Use IT systems such as Cerner, JAC, and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
Communication:Engage with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications / Requirements
ACT Qualification:Must hold Accredited Checking Technician status.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years' NHS ward-based experience.
Registration:Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Driving Licence:Full UK driving licence required.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in hospital pharmacy systems and IT applications.
