Responsibilities
Leading,



coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience – who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
Customer‐first mindset, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
Experience in a retail/hospitality role is desirable, but the right attitude is valued over experience.
