Site Manager / Leading Hand – Landscape Construction
Locations: Sydney CBD, Parramatta, St Marys, Box Hill & surrounding areas
About the Role
A well-established commercial landscaping contractor is looking for an experiencedLandscape Site Manager / Supervisorto deliver high-qualitylandscape construction projects across Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone from alandscape construction backgroundwho enjoys leading teams on site, coordinating trades, and delivering high-end commercial and civil landscape packages includinghardscape, softscape, paving, irrigation, and public domain works.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinatelandscape crews, subcontractors, plant, and materialsto keep projects on schedule.
Deliverhardscape and softscape packagesincluding paving, decking, retaining walls, turfing, planting, and irrigation.
Monitor project progress and ensure works meetquality, environmental, and safety standards.
Implement and manageWHS procedures and site safety compliance.
Liaise withProject Managers, engineers,



and clientsto ensure smooth project delivery.
Lead and mentorlandscape crews, labourers, and apprenticeson site.
What We're Looking For
Background as aLandscape Foreman, Landscape Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Site Manager.
Solid knowledge ofhardscape and softscape construction methods.
Ability toread landscape drawings, specifications, and set-out plans.
Solid leadership and team coordination skills.
White Card (Construction Induction)required.
Validdriver's licenceand willingness to travel between Sydney project sites.
