What you will do:

- Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients,



ensuring the secure and effective use of medication.
- Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to contribute to patient treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough prescription reviews and medication reconciliations.
- Offer advice and support to other healthcare professionals on drug interactions and side effects.
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with the latest pharmacy advancements.
- Implement and monitor hospital guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance with NHS standards.

Requirements:

- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- At least two years of experience in pharmacy practice.
- A valid driving licence would be highly advantageous due to the requirement to work across multiple locations.
