About the Role We are seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Manager to lead the management, optimization, and strategic direction of the SAP Ariba platform. You will oversee procurement systems, drive process improvements, support digital transformation initiatives, and lead a team of application specialists. Key Responsibilities Lead the SAP Ariba platform lifecycle, including configuration, testing, releases, support, and enhancements. Provide expertise across Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Guided Buying. Manage integrations with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Develop procurement technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Drive automation, process improvements, and procurement system innovation. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement application specialists. Ensure compliance, governance,



and operational excellence across procurement systems. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in SAP Ariba leadership or Procurement Systems Management roles. Solid expertise across the SAP Ariba suite, including SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, and Guided Buying. Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integrations. Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations. Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in large enterprise, retail, or FMCG environments is highly regarded. Preferred SAP Ariba certification. Experience delivering procurement transformation programs.
