Your new company Hays Human Resources is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit a Senior Employee Relations Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys managing complex workplace matters, influencing senior stakeholders and working in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and workplace conflict.
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and workplace policies.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including consultations, restructures and redeployment processes
- Manage Fair Work and employment-related disputes, claims and conciliation matters.
- Coach and support leaders through complex workforce matters and difficult conversations.
- Prepare investigation reports, employment documentation and formal correspondence.
- Contribute to policy development, governance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

What you'll need to succeed

- Significant experience in employee relations,



workplace investigations and complex case management
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience managing Fair Work matters, disputes and stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within healthcare, aged care, community services or another highly regulated and unionised environment will be highly regarded
