Uniting Vic.Tas in Ballarat is seeking a Senior Manager Homelessness Services West to lead a portfolio of programs for people experiencing homelessness or at risk. Based in Ballarat, you will guide crisis response, case management, outreach, housing support and youth services with a strategic leadership approach.
You will lead managers and teams, ensure protected, responsive services, and uphold budgets, funding and quality standards while strengthening regional partnerships and service integration.
