The successful candidate will have the prospect to take on meaningful leadership within the school, including leading aspects of curriculum, behaviour, and pedagogy. In our small school setting, this may involve guiding whole-school approaches to teaching and learning, supporting consistent and proactive behaviour practices,



and contributing to evidence-based pedagogical improvement. The role provides scope to build leadership capability through collaboration with colleagues, involvement in school decision-making, and the ability to make a visible impact on student outcomes across the school.
