Senior Lawyer (Part Time or Full Time) Family Law, Wills & Estates | Castle Hill | Hybrid (must have unrestricted practising certificate) The Role This role can be shaped around the right lawyer. We're open to a few different arrangements: Three to four days per week running a family law file load, with some wills and estates work if that suits Full time if you can combine family law with wills and estates, or bring commercial or civil work into the mix Full time built around wills and estates with some family law alongside Whichever version fits, the core of the role is: Running your own file load end to end Advising clients on property settlements, parenting arrangements, consent orders and related family law proceedings Drafting wills, powers of attorney and estate planning documents Attending court and negotiations where required Working closely with the principal in a collaborative,
