well-established automotive dealership is looking for a driven and
personable Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a rare
chance to represent two new car brands alongside a strong used car
offering, all under one roof. If you love connecting with people,
closing deals, and building lasting relationships, this role was
made for you. What you'll be doing: Guiding customers through the
purchase of new and used vehicles across multiple brands. Building
genuine rapport with customers to understand their needs and match
them to the right vehicle. Managing the full sales process from
initial enquiry through to handover. Following up with prospects
and maintaining a pipeline of potential buyers. Consistently
meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Keeping up
to date with vehicle features, pricing, and promotions across all
brands. Who they're looking for: The dealership values sales
ability above all else. Whether you come from automotive or another
high-performing sales environment, if you have a proven track




record of smashing targets and a genuine passion for helping
customers, they want to hear from you. Demonstrated success in
sales — automotive experience is an advantage but not essential.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — you make
people feel comfortable immediately. A competitive, results-driven
mindset with a hunger to succeed. High level of integrity and a
customer-first approach to every interaction. Current driver's
