The role of the Clinical Practice Lead is to provide clinical and psychosocial support and guidance to the multidisciplinary teams providing services within the program. You will ensure an productive, effective, safe and high-quality clinical and psychosocial service, consistent with best practice guidelines.

Skills & Experience
- Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic,
evidence-based therapeutic services
- Demonstrated advanced level mental health clinical experience including preparing comprehensive mental health assessments, development of intervention plans and making referrals in collaboration with consumers and their family and carers
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills to work effectively with all people
- Demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team, including the facilitation of clinical review and performance management processes
- Awareness of the needs of diverse communities including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, multicultural, and LGBTIQA+ communities.
