The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our 100‑place service. The role involves building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for children, supporting and collaborating with a team of qualified early childhood professionals, and further developing your Early Childhood career. Your work will be valued and appreciated for the impact you make on children’s education.

About Us

Great Beginnings Golden Bay offers delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age‑appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. The centre caters for 100 children and operates between 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

About You

- Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services
- Have an understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Possess proven educator experience within an early childhood service, working with children 0–5 years
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Maintain a current First Aid certificate
