A leading global law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Associate (around 3+ years’ PAE however there is some flexibility on level) to join its high-performing Brisbane Real Estate team as part of continued growth in its core property practice.

The Work





The practice is growing organically due to sustained client demand across core commercial real estate work (rather than a single one‑off workstream). The work is broad, high‑quality, and varied, including:

- Acquisitions and disposals of single assets and large portfolios
- Development and urban regeneration projects
- Commercial, industrial, retail, build‑to‑rent, and hospitality assets
- Social and affordable housing
- Infrastructure‑adjacent and renewables‑related property matters

The team acts for major domestic and international developers, institutional investors, government agencies, and funds.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Around 3+ years’ post‑admission experience in transactional real estate
- Experience gained in a top‑tier, mid‑tier, national or robust boutique firm
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in being part of a collaborative, high‑performing team
- Admission in Australia or New Zealand

The team is open-minded on background and is particularly interested in lawyers from mid‑market or smaller specialist practices looking to step into a larger platform and more complex work. Interstate and New Zealand candidates seeking a move to Brisbane are also welcome.
