Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Flynn’s Italian service on a rotating 24–38 hour weekly schedule in Cairns. You’ll guide the floor team, ensure warm, attentive guest experiences and coordinate service flow each shift.
You will drive operational efficiency, recognise revenue opportunities and nurture product knowledge across the team to elevate the guest journey in a vibrant hospitality workplace.
