What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Operations, you’ll be responsible for providing commercial and financial support to manufacturing operations through detailed analysis, reporting and cost management.

- Costing & Commercial Analysis: Manage product costing, quotations and BOM maintenance, analysing product profitability and manufacturing performance. Monitor inventory valuation, PPV reporting and costing accuracy.
- Operational Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly manufacturing performance reporting and variance analysis identifying key performance drivers and budget variances. Provide insights to support continuous improvement.
- Inventory & Financial Control: Complete monthly inventory,



WIP and stock valuation reconciliations monitoring manufacturing variances and inventory performance. Ensure accurate inventory‑related financial reporting.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Compliance: Support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning activities and assist with audits, statutory reporting and ABS submissions.
- Business Partnership: Partner with Operations to drive informed decision‑making, providing financial support and insights to production teams. Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain functions.

What you bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, operational finance or commercial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset.
