Position Overview

We are seeking experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join the Canada Goose team in Chatswood Chase on a full‑time permanent basis. The Brand Ambassador, Experience role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding guest experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. This includes executing the plans and strategies developed by the store management team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity.

Responsibilities

- Store Financial Performance – Contribute to the store’s overall target by achieving productivity standards; achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonality.
- Engagement – Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with brand ambassadors and the store management team; attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions; demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Canada Goose’s culture.
- Operational Excellence – Comply with store operating procedures to minimize shrinkage; handle all point of sale transactions in compliance with company standards; ensure accuracy in inventory and proper organization and care of Canada Goose products; support upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards; maintain visual merchandising directives.
- Customer Experience – Ensure an outstanding guest experience through operational efficiency, such as stock room management, cash wrap experience,



and sales floor best practices; drive the CXE score.
- Other responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

- Previous retail experience in a customer‑focused environment is preferred.
- Demonstrates Canada Goose’s values of passion, relentlessness, entrepreneurship, and authenticity.
- Proven record of successful sales performance.
- Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset.
- High‑volume traffic experience is an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Good command of English; fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
