Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer at TCS, you will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure and application stability, monitoring, troubleshooting and automation across complex environments.

Must Have Skills

- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or Environment Engineering roles; solid understanding of infrastructure, application systems, and cloud/on‑prem environments.
- Ability to operate hands‑on across complex enterprise technology environments.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, observability platforms, dashboards, and operational health metrics.
- Strong root cause analysis capability across application, infrastructure, network, and database layers.
- Experience in automation, scripting, operational tooling, and continuous improvement practices.
- Analytical, proactive, collaborative; trusted advisor to engineering leadership.
- Improve non‑production environment stability, near‑production alignment, resilience, and operational maturity.

- Identify automation opportunities in alerting, workflows, and remediation activities.




- Reduce manual intervention and strengthen proactive issue detection.
- Drive maturity uplift, modernization, standardization, and near‑production alignment.
