We are a up-to-date 3‑chair dental practice in Epping. We seek an experienced Dental Assistant to support daily practice, assisting with dental procedures, chair‑side care, sterilisation, and reception duties. The role is casual with regular shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, plus flexibility for late finishes on Thursdays and rotational weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists with implants, general anaesthesia procedures and complex surgeries.
- Provide chair‑side support during all dental treatments.
- Handle sterilisation protocols and infection control procedures.
- Manage reception duties as required, ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a positive, team‑focused approach to patient care.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Competency in chair‑side assistance, sterilisation and reception tasks.
- Strong knowledge of sterilisation and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication, reliability, punctuality and high standards of care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In Queensland, a valid Blue Card for dental paid employment is required; recruitment will verify compliance.
