They are now seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to support upcoming tenders and drive high‑quality, competitive submissions.
About the role
This role is responsible for leading and preparing accurate, competitive and well‑structured electrical estimates across a range of construction and resources projects. You’ll work closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure scope clarity, high‑quality bid submissions and successful handover into delivery. The position suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced tendering workplace and brings strong industry knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Lead the preparation and review of estimates and tender submissions
- Work closely with operations to scope and position bids for success
- Manage the full quote process from RFT review through to submission
- Build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
- Mentor junior estimators and support best‑practice estimating processes
Skills / Qualifications
- Extensive electrical estimating experience within mining, resources, construction or renewables
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methodologies and market pricing
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Trade‑qualified Electrician essential
