About The Opportunity

Safety Advisors will support construction teams in safely delivering high-risk works, ensuring effective implementation of the project’s Safety and Health Management System and promoting a strong safety culture. Advisors must be flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Requirements

- OHS qualifications or equivalent
- Experience in construction or high-risk environments
- Strong knowledge of safety systems and legislation
- Ability to work autonomously on shift
- Incident investigation capability (ICAM preferred)
- Robust communication skills
