About the Role

- You will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care in our innovative treatment clinics. Responsibilities include:

- Pre-treatment checks (vitals, patient readiness, consent confirmation)

- In-treatment monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, mental state)

- Managing side effects (e.g. dissociation, nausea,



dizziness)

- Patient support (reassurance, therapeutic presence during sessions)

- Documentation & reporting (treatment records, observations, escalation if needed)

- Collaboration (working with psychiatrists, clinic staff, pharmacists)

- Safety protocols (emergency preparedness, incident reporting)

About You

- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration

- Mental health experience desirable but not essential

- Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and calm under pressure

- Excellent communication and collaborative skills

- A commitment to patient safety, wellbeing, and continuous learning

- Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required
