Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role and brand, responsibilities may include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing retail teams
- Driving sales, KPIs, and store profitability
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned to brand standards




- Visual merchandising and maintaining premium store presentation
- Stock management, shrinkage control, and operational excellence
- Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Building strong local customer engagement and clienteling strategies

What We're Looking For

We are interested in candidates with:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (or equivalent leadership role)
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Passion for retail, styling, and customer experience
- Experience in one or more of the listed retail sectors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Visual merchandising and operational expertise
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours
