Calling First Nations Allied Health New Graduates The West Moreton Health (WMH) Allied Health Graduate Program in Mental Health is recognised by a number of university partners, with past alumni having gained recognition for prior learning and credit towards a Masters in Mental Health. Our graduates are highly sought after and are seen as the future leaders in their disciplines of mental health practice. Have you recently graduated, or about to graduate as an Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist (provisional or general), Social Worker or Speech Pathologist?

We have multiple current graduate positions available in our program including dedicated funding for a First Nations Identified Allied Health Graduate position.

Are you interested in working in mental health or alcohol and other drug services, but unsure what area you would like to work in? We have rotation opportunities in a variety of clinical areas and specialised mental health teams and settings that include acute, alcohol and other drugs, child and youth, community, forensics, inpatient and prisons.

Are you looking for support as you transition from student to clinician? Your level of independence in clinical practice will grow as your experience builds with ongoing support from your supervisor and team.

Are you wondering what supervision and support might look like? We have clear supervision structures with weekly supervision provided, focusing on your discipline and mental health skill development, in addition to the ongoing mentoring and support provided within your team.
