Role Description The Analyst, Corporate Advisory, Tribeca Capital role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney. The analyst supports corporate advisory mandates, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations support and strategic advisory projects across sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting company and industry research, preparing pitch books and transaction materials, and supporting due diligence processes.
The role involves analyzing market and valuation data, contributing to investment memos and recommendations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure timely execution. The analyst is expected to manage multiple workstreams,
maintain high analytical standards, and contribute to the development of new advisory ideas and opportunities.
Qualifications Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and quantitative analysis.
Ability to conduct thorough company, sector, and market research, synthesize findings, and present clear, data-driven insights.
Proficiency in preparing high-quality presentations, pitch books, and written materials for internal and client-facing use.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage with clients and senior stakeholders.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; progress toward CFA or similar professional qualification.
2-4 years experience in equity research, corporate advisory, investment management or a closely related field.
Advanced Excel, plus robust PowerPoint and Word and you can produce clean, ASX-standard presentations and research documents with minimal direction. CapIQ experience is an advantage.
