Anila Recruitment is proud to be partnering with our client to recruit both an OSHC Service Coordinator (Nominated Supervisor) and an Assistant Coordinator (2IC) for a busy service licensed for up to 110 children.

These roles are ideal for passionate leaders who enjoy mentoring educators, building positive relationships with school communities, and delivering high-quality care in a well-resourced environment.

About the Role Working within a large OSHC service licensed for 110 children, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting your team, and creating engaging programs for children before school, after school and during vacation care.

As the Coordinator, you'll oversee the overall operation of the service, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes and strong relationships with families, educators and the school community.

As the Assistant Coordinator, you'll work closely alongside the Coordinator, providing operational support,



mentoring educators and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality OSHC programs
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the school community
- Support daily service operations and program delivery
- Mentor, coach and develop educators
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Maintain a secure, engaging and inclusive environment
- Assist with rostering, administration and operational tasks
- Foster a positive team culture focused on quality outcomes

About You:

- Experienced in OSHC leadership or ready to step into a leadership role (Assistant Coordinator)
- Confident leading, mentoring and supporting teams
- Knowledgeable in the National Quality Framework and child safety requirements
- Highly organised with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about creating engaging experiences for children
- Committed to delivering high-quality education and care
