As Director, Risk Advisory, you'll lead Zip's Line 2 Risk Advisory function across Australia and New Zealand, providing independent oversight, challenge and strategic advice across enterprise risk. Reporting to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, you'll lead a team of five experienced risk professionals and play a key leadership role in strengthening Zip's risk and control workplace while enabling the business to grow confidently within risk appetite.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence executive decision making, engage regularly with Board and Committee stakeholders and help shape the future maturity of Zip's Enterprise Risk Framework.
