About the Role
Make a real difference by supporting people on their mental health recovery journey. You'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care, work alongside a multidisciplinary team, build strong relationships with consumers and carers, and help create positive outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Deliver person-centred mental health care
Assess needs and support care plans with Registered Nurses
Build strong relationships with consumers, carers and care partners
Provide therapeutic support, education and recovery-focused care
Contribute to quality improvement and a safe care environment
About You
You'll bring compassion, teamwork and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve the best possible mental health outcomes. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative workplace and is eager to grow their skills while delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care.
Current NMBA Enrolled Nurse registration
Mental Health Nursing qualification or equivalent
Experience as an enrolled nurse in mental health
Deliver safe, recovery focused mental health care
Build strong relationships with consumers and teams
Communicate well and work with initiative and care
