About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Counsellor to deliver evidence-based counselling to individuals, couples, families, and children. You will undertake assessments, safety planning, and referrals, facilitate group programs, and work collaboratively with internal and external services to achieve positive outcomes.



You will also contribute to community education and help build capacity across the service system.

About You:

You will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field
- Eligibility for membership with ACA, AASW, PACFA, or AHPRA
- Experience delivering counselling and applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Strong communication, case management, and report writing skills
- Commitment to culturally safe practice, particularly with Aboriginal communities
