Are you an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about inspiring educators, building strong relationships, and creating exceptional outcomes for children?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Centre Director | Educational Leader to join our growing team in Hamilton, Queensland .
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive Centre Director in a role that combines leadership with hands‑on practice. You'll mentor and inspire educators, support the day-to-day operations of the service, and play a key role in delivering a high-quality educational program while remaining actively involved in the learning environment.

About You
You are a passionate early childhood professional who leads with confidence, empathy and integrity.
You enjoy mentoring others, building positive relationships, and creating environments where children and educators can flourish.
You will bring:
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood education and care setting
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, EYLF v2.0 and Child Protected Standards
A passion for coaching and mentoring educators to achieve their full potential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities
A commitment to reflective practice, continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes for children
Your Role
As Assistant Centre Director | Educational Leader, you will:
Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day leadership and smooth operation of the service.
Lead by example, working alongside educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
Mentor, coach and inspire educators to build confidence, capability and professional growth.
Guide curriculum planning, documentation, critical reflection and continuous improvement in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community.
Foster a positive, collaborative and child-safe culture where every educator feels supported to succeed.
Support compliance with the National Law, Regulations and centre policies and procedures.
Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan and help drive a culture of excellence across the service.
Promote a positive team culture built on trust, respect, accountability and shared success.
