icare is seeking a dedicated case manager to effectively and efficiently assess care needs for low-complexity cases, develop and monitor care plans, coordinate services with providers, and keep dependents informed and supported throughout the case lifecycle.
You will maintain case records, prepare client correspondence, liaise with families, monitor invoices, and navigate privacy and health information processes while staying current with dust disease legislation.
