Presentation Specialist
Location: Sydney CBD
Reports to: Head of Marketing & Communications / Creative Services Lead
2 Month Contract view to ongoing
Hours: 9:00-17:30, with flexibility during peak deal periods
About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to support senior teams across our Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong offices, producing high-impact pitch decks, client proposals, presentation books and board-level materials. You'll turn complex financial and strategic content into polished, on-brand documents working within templates and creating bespoke designs under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and build client-facing pitch books, proposals, IMs, teasers and board papers in PowerPoint to a high professional standard
- Turn rough drafts, data and mark-ups into clean, on-brand deliverables under pressure
- Create charts, graphs, tables and infographics that communicate financial and strategic content clearly
- Maintain brand guidelines, templates and the firm’s template library
- Keep the marketing database current for finalised and ongoing transactions
- Design cover pages,



dividers and other bespoke graphics; handle image editing for web and documents
- Collaborate with executives and analysts through multiple rounds of revisions
- Manage version control across multiple stakeholders
- Proofread for formatting, alignment and consistency before client delivery
- Support related collateral (Word, Excel-linked charts, PDFs, event materials) plus printing/binding

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years in presentation design or document production, ideally in qualified services (advisory, consulting, banking, legal or accounting)
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong eye for layout, typography and data visualisation
- Experience with brand management and template development
- Excellent attention to detail under tight, often last-minute deadlines
- Comfortable with LinkedIn content and minor WordPress updates
- Discretion with confidential, commercially sensitive information

Desirable: Financial services or capital markets exposure; experience with AI-assisted design tools.
