We’re seeking enthusiastic, experienced L3 Care Support Workers to join our (LGA NEWCASTLE and SWANSEA) teams. You’ll help older adults live independently at home with dignity, choice, and a little bit of fun!

About the Role: You’ll thrive here if you:

- You have a passion for aged care and enjoy supporting older adults with domestic tasks, transport, shopping, meals, and social outings. L3 qualified employees also assist with medications and personal care.

- Casual opportunities: Level 3 – $45.29/hr + super
- Permanent Part-time: Level 3 - $36.23/hr + super

What You’ll Need:

- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) – required for L3 applicants
- Valid driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability
- Good organisational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
